Forever

It has been awhile since my last post. Today, I want to talk about permanence - the happily ever after/ the never-ending calmness/ nirvana. The journey in life causes our mind to be so delusional. I'll fell into a state where I believed in forever. A term so vague, so inspirational and yet so devastating.

The concept is so mind numbing that it serves as an opiate for the masses. In reality, it is a double edged sword so lethal that it cuts a deep wound on anyone that is not vigilant. If eternity doesn't exist, then no one can ever stay their peak; endless love would cease to continue; the principle of continuity is nothing but bollocks; fidelity is only for fools.

2500 years ago, a wise philosopher preached that nothing is permanent in this world. This means relationships and friendships are dispensable at no costs. If that is the truth, I rather be ignorant than living a life knowing that everyone I know will eventually fade away.
